Kim Jong-un: North Korea will normalizes relations with Pyongyang’s ex-rivals


North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has declared that the country will normalize relations with those who have previously pursued a hostile policy towards North Korea, according to Reuters.

“The Workers’ Party of Korea and DPRK government will improve and normalize relations with countries that respect the sovereignty of DPRK and treat it friendly, even if they pursued policy of hostility in the past” – said Kim Jong-un.

Earlier, Kim Jong-un said that Pyongyang will meet its obligations for non-proliferation of nuclear weapons.

Meanwhile, the spokesman of the Ministry of National Defense of South Korea Kyung Mun San said on Thursday, that North Korea is ready to conduct a new nuclear test at any time, according to Yonhap News.
